PCH Treatment Center Psychological Care and Healing Center

PCH Treatment Center provides a caring, safe and therapeutically intensive environment for individuals with psychological problems. PCH differentiates itself from the many outpatient programs and treatment centers with our highly qualified and experienced clinical staff; we have over 50 doctoral and masters level therapists who specialize in individual psychodynamic therapy, individual cognitive behavioral therapy, group and family therapies.

🌟 PCH is proud to share that our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Adriana Westby Trent, PhD, and Director of our OCD & Anxiety Program, Chris Mulligan, LCSW, were representing PCH Treatment Center at the International OCD Foundation Conference in Chicago, July 10–13! 🧠✨

They joined experts from around the world to deepen the dialogue on OCD treatment, share clinical insights, and bring back innovative approaches to our community.

🔹 Treating OCD: An Integrative Approach
📍 Presented by Dr. Sanam Abrishami at the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment (WAAT)

We’re proud to highlight Dr. Sanam Abrishami, individual and group therapist at PCH Treatment Center and private practitioner in West Los Angeles, who recently presented on treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using an integrative, evidence-based approach.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Abrishami combines Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, IFS, and Psychodynamic Therapy to support clients facing OCD, anxiety, CPTSD, and addictive or unworkable behaviors.

Her presentation emphasized culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care and provided clinicians with practical tools to create safe, empowering therapeutic spaces.

👏 Congratulations, Dr. Abrishami, on your continued leadership in the field of mental health and addiction treatment!
