Thank you to those who have already signed up. For those who haven’t, please join us at the MOSA studio this Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 11 am to 12:30 pm for a workshop to help you shift patterns in the body to relieve stress and tension and improve mobility. We’ll be unsticking those sticky spots!
You’ll learn myofascial techniques to help you shift into Fall’s seasonal changes and reconfigure the body to remove stagnation. We’ll practice to slowly shift patterns in restricted areas of the body like the neck, shoulders and back and then move through simple yoga asana to enhance the effect of these changes in the body.
At the workshop you’ll receive a myofascial ball to utilize throughout the practice as well as a grounding handmade rollerball scent to further enhance the experience. Take both tools with you to continue to explore these shifts after the workshop and to help you discover a recipe for yourself so you can return to it whenever you need to re-pattern.
