It’s World Doula Week 🤍
Studies show that having a doula can lead to shorter labors, fewer medical interventions, lower cesarean rates, and a more positive overall birth experience. But beyond the data—this work is about how someone feels as they move through one of the most transformative moments of their life.
A doula provides continuous, steady support—emotionally, physically, and mentally.
Someone to ground you.
Advocate for you.
Remind you that your body already knows what to do.
In a system that can sometimes feel fast, clinical, or overwhelming, a doula brings presence, intention, and care back into the experience.
This work isn’t just about birth.
It’s about trust.
It’s about being seen and supported.
It’s about creating space for people to move through change feeling empowered, informed, and held.
Honoring all the doulas holding space in quiet, powerful ways this week and all the mamas that go through birth alone🤍
