"I would give Lynda 10 stars if I could! I have been working with Lynda for a few years now, off and on as needed. She is a miracle worker, seriously. She is able to erase / neutralize emotional suffering and remove subconscious blocks gently and quickly through her various modalities. I recently came to her because I couldn't seem to move forward with my dream career path for the last 5 years. I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate all of the help you gave me with my fear of flying. I was fortunate enough to have some work out of town and it provided me the opportunity to fly a few times in a relatively short period of time. In November of 2021 I had scheduled a flight home to family for Thanksgiving. I was in Atlanta and they were in Cincinnati and based on my schedule of reducing medication each flight, THIS would be the first flight in five years without any medication.
I was nervous, yet strong and even though it was only an hour and a half flight, I was so incredibly proud of myself for accomplishing it without any medication. Since then I have completed over 40 separate flights without any medication. I am so proud and so excited for this new strength i have found or regained. I even flew to Rome in August without medication. I do have a process to keep me in the right frame of mind to fly, but I am so happy to have this freedom. Thank you thank you thank you for all of your help, work and encouragement. I wanted you to know that I think of you often. I even do that tapping whenever I get a little nervous.

Crying can be good for you. Some studies have shown a good cry can cause release of oxytocin and endorphins, chemicals that make us feel better. Crying can also improve people’s sense of well-being by generating social support, researchers have found.

I'm so happy I chose to see Lynda at Power Journeys Hypnosis. I've had anger issues my entire life due to unresolved feelings and emotions. They'd go away for a while, then crop back up repeatedly. This caused a strain on my relationship and made it hard for me to feel a sense of peace and relaxation in my life. After trying everything on my own, I knew I needed outside help. I came across Lynda's Yelp page, saw all the five-star reviews, and thought I'd give it a shot. I was interested in hypnotherapy, but I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Fortunately, that went away when I realized that there isn't anything that happens that is against your will. You are in full control of the experience and direct where it goes. You only bring up what you're ready to let go of. I ended up purchasing the four-session package. Honestly, I feel like I got my money's worth after only one session. By the end of the first session, I let go of something that I did not realize I was holding on to for 10+ years. On top of that, I learned a powerful technique for releasing negative emotions that I now use when they come up. Since going to see Power Journeys Hypnosis nearly a month ago, I haven't had any anger issues. I have been managing my emotions better than I ever have my entire life. My fiancé even compliments me regularly and points out how much these sessions are working. On top of that, I feel a more profound sense of peace and joy.
