We define this across 5 different domains: Breath, Nutrition, Movement, Recovery, Adventure. Our mission is to build a tribe to support you. Partner A completes 5 strict pull ups and 10 burpees while Partner B does a plank hold. Once Partner A completes the pull ups and burpees, the partners switch position and Partner A does a plank and Partner B completes a round.

Located on Melrose conveniently off the 101, Peak 5 Fitness is building an inclusive fitness family that’s focused on coaching and community. Peter, our founder, decided to open up his own gym after friends kept asking him to help them train. Now he leads a team of expert coaches in a variety of programs that include Burn Bootcamp, CrossFit, and personal training. And all of our workouts are inspired by a well-rounded, holistic approach that emphasizes five domains: breath, nutrition, movement, recovery, and adventure.
