Westwood Eye Center Optometric Corp. and Montrose Eye Center Optometric Jilber Fouladian OD He received a degree in Neuroscience from UCLA and attended the University of Houston for his Optometry Doctorate.

Dr. Jilber Fouladian is therapeutically board certified in the detection and treatment of eye disease and is credentialed in the pre and post-operative management of Lasik Surgery. Dr. Fouladian trained at both the University Eye Institute in Texas and the VA hospital in New Mexico. He served his country during Operation Freedom at the Navy’s Air Force base in San Diego. Over the years, he has ded

icated his time to various philanthropic organizations like the Jules Stein Eye Institute UCLA, Children’s Hospital, and UCLA psychiatric clinic. Dr. Fouladian is the recipient of “The Hats Off to You Award” from Jules Stein Cornea Division, UCLA.
