Did you know the percentage of women working in the medical field is only 23.1%? A short student survey at Alliance Gertz-Ressler High School also showed that they think being a Surgeon is the hardest job!

Watch Dr. Kulmeet Sandhu, one of our female surgeons, as she meets and inspires young high school students to pursue a career in medicine! Thank you for being such a wonderful role model!
