So... it’s the time of the year again when we experience an hour of transition... little did we know that it’s making our biological clock out of sync which puts up people over 65 at risk of ischemic stroke.... to help reset your body clock, expose yourself to sunlight which will regulate your sleep and alertness ; avoid caffeine later on the day, and most importantly, stick to your healthy sleep habits!❤️ a healthy reminder because we care....❤️☀️🌞
