Today we will complete the series and getting to know how you can practice **ra.

Everything You Need to Know About Ta***ic Yoga. What’s the point of this practice?

Two words: spiritual liberation.

Experts say a regular ta***ic practice can help you reap the following benefits:

reduced stress, anxiety, or depression
better understanding of and love for oneself
improved sleep quality
boosted confidence and performance in the bedroom
improved quality of life
increased capacity for intimacy

Is this something you can do at home?
Yes! There are various online classes such as SourceTa**raYoga, Ta**ra: The Art of Conscious Loving, Yoga Glo, and Yoga International that allow you to practice without going to a studio.

What if you want to join a class — what should you look for?
Unlike classes like CrossFit, there’s no ruling body governing who can call their offerings “ta**ra.”

To find out if the ta***ic class is legit, ask:

Are your classes solo or partnered? (Classical ta**ra yoga should be solo.)
Are you teaching red or white ta**ra? (The answer should be white ta**ra.)
What is the goal of the class? (The answer should suggest self-growth and self-awareness.)
Does the class include chanting? (The answer should be yes.)
What is the teacher’s training? (The teacher should be trained in Hatha yoga, Integral yoga, Kundalini yoga, and ta**ra.)

Another option: Go to any Hatha yoga class.

Kundalini yoga is also deeply rooted in ta**ra yoga.

Where can you learn more? DM for a weekly Friday class. Ladies only.

Peace of Mind Checklist.
The following is a list of processes and attitudes that may assist us in living a life with greater peace of mind.

Worrying
Basic concept: worrying is one of the most common things we do on a daily basis that blocks our attainment of peace of mind. Worrying is usually a waste of time and often creates anxiousness, stress or anxiety. Basic solution: replace worrying thoughts with concentration, focus, and follow-through on solutions to our problems.

Pessimism vs Optimism
A pessimist is a person who dwells on the negatives of the past, allows those negatives to ruin their day, and anticipates more negatives occurring in their life. An optimist is a person who lets go of the negatives of the past, makes a decision to enjoy their day, and anticipates better things happening in their life. Basic solution: think of optimism as a verb, it's something you do, practice or can learn. It's not a noun, something you have or don't have.

Perfectionism
A perfectionist is someone who expects themselves to be perfect, who expects events and others around them to be perfect. This generally is an unrealistic goal, so the perfectionist sets himself or herself up for experiencing disappointment, frustration and anxiety. Basic solution: replace the goal of perfection with the goal of excellence. Excellence is still a high standard and is achievable on a daily basis.

Gratitude
The more gratitude or appreciation we express, the happier we will be, it's that simple. Someone observed that the expression of gratitude is one of the most endearing of human expressions.

Purpose in Life
When a person is consciously aware of their many purposes in life, it gives meaning to their life experience. Suggestion: make a list of the various roles you play in life and assign a value to each in terms of satisfaction, say on a scale from 1 to 10.
Patience
The more we practice the techniques of patience, the less stress and anxiety we will experience. Patience is similar to optimism in that it's something you do (a verb), not a noun (something you have or don't have).

Thak you for the insignts.

Similarities and Differences Between Qigong and Yoga.

5 Similarities Between Qigong and Yoga

1. Both are Eastern forms of exercise.
2. Qigong and Yoga both teach awareness of your body and mind.
3. Both utilise similar breathing techniques.
4. Qigong and Yoga are both whole systems involving the body, mind and posture.
5. Both are very ancient practices.

5 Differences Between Qigong and Yoga

1. Yoga tends to focus, at least in the West, on more physical postures or asanas. Qigong focuses on physical movements to a lesser extent and incorporates more of the breath and mind in its exercises.

2. Qigong movements are slower and more gentle than yoga movements. Because of this Qigong is often perceived as a bit boring and not as good at getting you fit as yoga. This is not true. Qigong, when practised regularly, can make you very strong and fit. It will unblock stagnant Qi and allow it to flow more freely so that your health improves. Do bear in mind though that Qigong does not offer you instant gratification. Significant results in terms of health are achieved over a long period of time. You should instantly feel more relaxed when you practice Qigong though!

3. Yoga originates from India. Qigong originates from China.

4. For yoga you may need slightly more athleticism than you will need for Qigong, at least how it is taught in the West. Yoga requires more movement than Qigong. Anyone of any level of mobility can perform the slow and flowing movements of Qigong, even those in a wheelchair or those with severe physical limitations.

5. Nearly every Qigong exercise improves your balance in some way. There are specific yoga balance postures but not every asana in yoga incorporates a balance element to it.

How to Improve Your Work-Life Balance Today. Balancing your professional and personal life can be challenging, but it's essential. Here's how to improve your work-life balance today.
Often, work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. Our desire to succeed professionally can push us to set aside our own well-being. Creating a harmonious work-life balance or work-life integration is critical, though, to improve not only our physical, emotional and mental well-being, but it's also important for our career.

What is work-life balance, and why is it important?
In short, work-life balance is the state of equilibrium where a person equally prioritizes the demands of one's career and the demands of one's personal life. Some of the common reasons that lead to a poor work-life balance include:

Increased responsibilities at work
Working longer hours
Increased responsibilities at home
Having children

Here are eight ways to create a better work-life balance, as well as how to be a supportive manager.

1. Accept that there is no 'perfect' work-life balance.

2. Find a job that you love.

3. Prioritize your health.

4. Don't be afraid to unplug.

5. Take a vacation.

6. Make time for yourself and your loved ones.

7. Set boundaries and work hours.

8. Set goals and priorities (and stick to them).

How about you? How you balance?

The top 10 traits of successful, creative .

-belief
Look at any successful businesswoman and you will discover how much they truly believe in themselves. Self-belief is probably the single most important trait possessed by any successful entrepreneur. If you don't believe you can succeed, then you won't get very far.

Facebook's chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg recently challenged women to have the courage to be as ambitious as men.

Confidence is essential if you want to win clients and build a profitable business. Confidence will win people's respect, earn their trust and gain you a solid reputation.

Successful female entrepreneurs are always passionate about what they do because they tend to create businesses around the things they enjoy.

and a willingness to learn
You cannot rest on your laurels when you run your own business. The creative industries are always changing, so you will constantly need to keep up and innovate.

of purpose
There is no point in starting a business unless you possess a strong sense of purpose. You have to believe that you are destined for great (and good) things.

To be a successful businesswoman you have to be assertive, otherwise people will not respect you. Convey assertiveness by being fearless, speaking with authority and purpose. Adopt a confident manner, deal with any criticism rationally and be calm.

Hard work
Singer Marsha Evans once remarked: "You can have unbelievable intelligence, you can have connections, you can have opportunities fall out of the sky. But in the end, hard work is the true, enduring characteristic of successful people."

Hard work is the secret to success. You have to be prepared to work long hours and sacrifice your spare time to build up a business.

Whether you're a man or woman, it takes guts to run a business and deal with all the difficult challenges you will undoubtedly face.

Starting a business is one thing, keeping it going is another matter entirely.

Next step in my The Embodiment Method is CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY.

WHAT IS CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY & HOW DOES HYPNOTHERAPY WORK?

Hypnotherapy is an adjunct form of therapy, used along with other forms of psychological or medical treatment, there are many applications. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including to***co, undesirable spontaneous behaviors, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, and relationship issues. Hypnotherapy can aid in pain management and help resolve medical conditions such as digestive disorders, skin issues, and gastrointestinal side effects of pregnancy and chemotherapy. It can also be used by dentists to help patients control their fears or to treat teeth grinding and other oral conditions.

Have you ever experienced hypnotherapy?

How Hypnotherapy Works
Author: Marc Gravelle, Certified Hypnotherapist and Instructor
The Process in Four Steps

The typical client who comes to a hypnotherapist is a person who wants to change or improve something in their life, but hasn't been able to affect that change on their own.

Let's use procrastination (of doing paperwork) as an example. The process is basically four steps:

1. The hypnotherapist explains their behavior to them.
What this really means is that the hypnotherapist exposes the subconscious motivators of the client's behavior. In the case of procrastination (of paperwork), the subconscious explanation would be to recognize that we all (as humans) operate on what's known as the Pain/Pleasure Principle. So a behavioral, or subconscious, definition of procrastination is that it is AVOIDANCE, due to some perceived pain or fear. It's human nature to procrastinate.

2. The hypnotherapist then creates or describes a strategy for change.
This means a real plan in which the client is an active participant. In observation of Einstein's definition of insanity (doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results) this plan is to do something differently.

3. The hypnotherapist will help the client become suggestible, or receptive to the new strategy.
An accurate way to think of what hypnosis is, is that it is a state of mind of increased suggestibility, or receptivity to the verbal suggestion given by the hypnotherapist. The client remains consciously aware. Hypnosis is also a very natural state of mind.

The hypnotherapist guides the client into this state of mind. When the client is relaxed in their body yet still alert in their mind they enter that state of mind of increased suggestibility.

4. Evaluation
In a subsequent session, the client and hypnotherapist evaluate what change has occurred. If so, the strategy becomes reinforcing the change (or new behavior), and making it stronger and stronger.

Starting today we will explore The Embodiment Method in detail and how it works. Let's get started.
The Embodiment Method is the method I created for my clients. It consists of:

Clairvoyant Reading
Hypnotherapy
Yoga
Qigong
Ta**ra

Today we will discuss Clairvoyant Reading and what it is:
Pertaining to the ability of clear-sightedness, clairvoyance refers to the paranormal ability to see persons and events that are distant in time or space. It can be divided into roughly three classes: precognition, the ability to perceive or predict future events, retrocognition, the ability to see past events, and remote viewing, the perception of contemporary events happening outside of the range of normal perception.

Throughout history, there have been numerous places and times in which people have claimed themselves or others to be clairvoyant.

Prophecy often involved some degree of clairvoyance, especially when future events were predicted. In most of these cases, however, the ability to see things was attributed to a higher power and not thought of as an ability that lay within the person himself.

Theories around Grounding & Negative Ions Explain How Nature Heals.
Dreaming of a beachside vacation? It’s not a coincidence that 7 out of 10 of the most Migraine-friendly cities in the US are coastal areas. Being near moving water nourishes the body with mood-boosting negative ions while walking barefoot in the sand creates a grounding effect—both of which have proven benefits for health and mental outlook.

Negative ions are particles with a negative electrical charge. They are suspected to be natural mood-boosters. They’re produced in abundance in outdoor environments around moving water –picture crashing ocean waves or cascading waterfalls— and they boost serotonin in the brain which boosts mood.

A Columbia University study showed negative ions improved mood as much as medication. Unfortunately, many homes and buildings emit few or no negative ions. while computers and electronic devices we depend on for constant connection emit mood-sapping positive ions. That’s why simply opening a window or stepping outdoors for a walk can provide an instant pick-me-up.

Pierce J. Howard, PhD, author of The Owner’s Manual for the Brain: Everyday Applications from Mind Brain Research and director of research at the Center for Applied Cognitive Sciences in Charlotte, N.C., says negative ions increase the flow of the oxygen to the brain. A negative ion environment like the beach can boost alertness and mental energy and could potentially ward off a Migraine attack.

Devices purported to boost negative ions have begun to flood the market, but many are expensive and some are ineffective. Spending time outdoors or taking a shower are quick fixes everyone can afford.

Thank you for the insignts.

So how often do you go to the beach?

Story behind the project “7 Chakras’ Meditation Series” :
Earlier this year me (model in the video) and my dear friend and colleague (production/postproduction) were out on the field capturing moments for my IG and we came across many beautiful places in Los Angeles. We instantly felt inspired to create something extraordinary. It took us some brainstorming. Our creative skills and knowledge of body energy gave birth to this project. It couldn't be a better time to release it now where all of us are so much in need of stress release and boost our creativity, immune system, heal and surrender to the present moment.

Did you meditate today?
The habit of meditation is one of the most powerful things I’ve ever learned.

Amazingly, it’s also one of the most simple habits to do — you can do it anywhere, any time, and it will always have immediate benefits.

How many habits can you say that about?

Spending time by the water can decrease your stress levels.
There’s something inherently peaceful about the open water, the push and pull of the shoreline and a couple of clouds in the blue sky. Studies have linked spending time in nature with reduced stress levels, decreased depression and anxiety and boosted well-being. If you decide to go for a dip, you’ll be taking some stress off your body, too. Seawater’s higher levels of magnesium can calm the nervous system and experiencing the water’s weightlessness may even help slow down anxious thought, possibly changing your brainwaves.

A good day at the beach may even lead to a night of great sleep.
Along with all of the beach’s relaxation-inducing powers, the sound of the ocean’s tempered waves is basically nature’s lullaby. Our brains interpret the sound of ocean waves as non-threatening, alerting the body that there’s no need to wake. Thus, sleeping somewhere you can hear the water’s noises can help you relax.

“These slow, whooshing noises are the sounds of non-threats, which is why they work to calm people,” said Orfeu Buxton, an associate professor of biobehavioral health at Pennsylvania State University, LiveScience reported. “It’s like they’re saying: ‘Don’t worry, don’t worry, don’t worry.’” If loud enough, the sound of the waves can drown out sounds that might otherwise stir you from your sleep.

Even more, a hearty dose of natural sunlight can help regulate your sleep and improve the chances waking up in a great mood the next morning — especially if you have another day at the beach to look forward to.

So how often do you go to the beach?
