After a season of big change, I’ve been quietly creating a new healing space here in Denver.

The Hive was born from a desire to build community, support nervous system healing, and create a place where people can come as they are.

I’m opening the doors for the first Community Sound Bath and would love to share the space with you.

This evening will be slow, grounding, and restorative — using sound to help the body settle and reset.

If your nervous system has been carrying a lot lately, this is a gentle place to land.
