My sister and I facilitated a group event for 50+ amazing women, educators and caregivers.

My sister walked them through a “Grounding and Connection” workshop to identify their core values and how to apply them to all aspects of their lives. While I led a sound bath, to align and elevate us to our highest selves. It was held at a park, connecting us to Mother Earth, surrounded by the heart-warming sounds and breeze.

We are still, beyond honored to hold space and connect with this beautiful community. 🙏🏼🩷 Thank you!

Pause. Breathe. Feel. 🌬️ I’m here to remind you (and honestly, myself too) that every deep breath is a return home — to yourself.

Yesterday, my energy felt so low. It was the first day back to school for the kids, after the whirlwind of the past week, and everything felt like it was settling and yet...not quite.

The fires are somewhat contained, but we’re still recovering — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Life after chaos feels like waking up slowly from a heavy dream. Which is totally that’s okay. It’s okay to feel tender and tired. 💛

When it all feels like too much, here’s what I do to ground myself (putting my hands over my heart):
1️⃣ Stop. Take a breath.
2️⃣ Take another deep breath.
3️⃣ Hand over heart and say:
• “I am okay. I am safe.”
• “I am sad and hurting. I will be okay.”
• “I am love. I am loved.”

We’re trying to find our way back to life, one breath at a time. I see you, and I’m holding space for your journey. 🌟
