Let’s eat! It’s time to make a salad bar salad using the meal-prepped salad bar we made for Spring Cleaning our bodies! 🥗👩🏻‍🌾

Follow along with me as I make a super delicious and nutritious salad using my salad bar ingredients — which vary every time I make this scrumptious salad! It’s up to you day by day what you’d like to add into your meal, so be creative and don’t be afraid to switch it up and try something new. 🥗👩🏻‍🌾

Helpful hint: I love to let my Cuisinart chop my salad for me! It’s super easy and makes the salad not even need dressing because it becomes so smooth and fun to eat. If you do want a little dressing though, spritz some lemon or lime juice on your salad before tossing, or, check out my salt, oil, and sugar free salad dressing video!

How to save your wilting lettuce! 🥬

🚨Stop throwing away your wilting lettuce! You can save it with this simple tip from the Garden of Eydie!

It’s March in the Garden of Eydie, and spring vegetables are bountiful and that means you have so many healthy choices for veggies to use in your plant based cooking!

But how can you save your wilting veggies from the garbage when they’ve been in the fridge for a little too long? Give it the old Wim Hof method — dunk it in an ice bath! Just like we need hydration for glowing skin, your veggies need some hydration to keep them as fresh as possible for as long as possible!

This method will save your lettuce, ( and other fresh veggies too! ) from being limp and lifeless to transforming back into a bright and beautiful ingredient.

Happy March everyone! 🌸

I am SO excited to be celebrating another birthday month here in the Garden of Eydie, and to celebrate the occasion, I’m focusing on all things anti-aging! How can you eat to anti-age your body? What about anti-aging of the skin? We’ll cover it all, and I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been learning from some of the top professionals in the field.

It’s also the first day of Women’s History Month, which marks a whole month of reflection on the power of women, and the accomplishments we have made as well as the ones that are to come. Celebrate a woman in your life this month!

How are you starting off the new month of March? What are some topics you’d like me to cover more of?
