Mentors have been a game changer in my life.
But, not all of them.
When I look at the most effective mentors in my life, they’ve all intentionally or unintentionally helped me to feel safe, challenged and encouraged.

If you don’t feel encouraged then you’ll doubt yourself and let things like perfectionism and procrastination win.
Pick your mentors wisely and make sure they guide you to feel safe, challenged and encouraged.

With everyone trapped indoors because of (...with fewer things to do but each other...), now would be a great time to consider ! Male birth control, in fact! Screening for trials continuing through the pandemic.
