Energy protection doesn’t have to be complicated… it can be as simple as what you choose to wear. I love using crystals as an added layer of support. For example, I wear a shungite and garnet bracelet to help protect my energy from anything that isn’t in my best and highest good, including outside or heavy energies that try to attack.

There are so many different stones out there, and each one carries its own frequency and purpose. The key is finding what you feel drawn to. What resonates with your energy is usually exactly what your body and spirit need.
