One of the most challenging aspects of dealing with anxiety and panic is how much it can feel like a runaway train. It's easy to become overwhelmed by our emotions or to catastrophize about the future. Fortunately, there are plenty of simple tricks and tools that we can utilize to better manage anxiety. I've included a couple in this post, and there are a ton of them in my new book.
