Eats by Dre Nutrition Utilizing the foundational tenets of Nutritional Therapy to balance the body and help you reach your health goals!

You shouldn’t have to choose between a body you love and having a social life.

Being able to eat out, have dessert, or enjoy a glass of wine should be a part of your plan.

I’m not advocating for going wild with this, but there is a way to include “social eating” that’s actually healthy.

And I think that’s actually vital to your overall well-being.

Let’s not forget we’re more than just a body.

We are social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and so much more.

And all of those come together as part of your overall health.

Just like you can allocate money to things you value because they enhance your life, you can also make room for a social life that does the same thing.

Because my goal isn’t to just get you results for a moment in time, it’s to help you build a lifestyle you can live with long-term.

If you’re interested in creating a well-balanced approach that considers more than just the scale, I’ve got more strategies just like this to help you get lasting results.

Message me if you’d like to chat about what working together could look like.

I get it, work piles up, your family needs you, sleep is a mere suggestion, and stress never seems to fade.

And now it’s February, and the excitement of a new year is long gone.

All the promises and plans that felt easy a few weeks ago feel impossible, and yet the year has only begun.

⏰ This is your reality check!

If you want to be successful, let’s make some adjustments to what was likely a doomed plan from the get-go.

— Pair back and work up to more
— Build a backup plan
— Track & celebrate your wins
— Get accountability
— Create a “good enough” plan

Please hear me when I say, your success absolutely does not require perfection or tons of intensity.

In fact, those are the two main reasons people fall off their resolutions so quickly.

Instead, figure out the least path of resistance for you to stay the course.

And if you want help creating a plan that actually fits your real life, send me a message. I’d love to help you be a part of that elusive 10%.

Waking up at 3am and staring at the ceiling is one of the most common complaints I hear from women in perimenopause.

And no — it’s not because you’re bad at sleeping.

Hormonal shifts change how your brain regulates stress, blood sugar, and alertness in the early morning hours. What used to be a smooth transition toward waking can turn into a full-blown “why am I awake right now?” moment.

The fix usually isn’t more supplements or trying harder at night.

It’s eating enough, training smarter, supporting your nervous system, and being more intentional with things that quietly disrupt sleep (yes, alcohol included).

Better sleep is possible — but the strategy has to match this stage of life.

If this sounds familiar, comment SLEEP and I’ll send you my Better Sleep in Perimenopause guide to help you start making changes that actually work.

If you’ve been telling yourself:

“Why can’t I just get it together like I used to?”

Let me save you a lot of frustration…

🚫 You’re not broken
🚫 You’re not “lazy”
🚫 And you definitely don’t need to be harder on yourself

The truth is: “eat less, move more” can still work…
but in midlife it needs a lot more finesse.

Otherwise you just end up with:

➡️ More hunger
➡️ More cravings
➡️ Less energy
➡️ Less recovery
➡️ More burnout
➡️ And that “white knuckle it all week, fall apart all weekend” cycle

Because after 40, your body has way less tolerance for the BS you got away with in yours 20s and 30s.

So if your current plan feels like survival mode…
you’ve got a strategy problem.

If you want 2026 to finally be the year you stop starting over, I’m opening up 5 free Health Audits this month.

We’ll map out your personalized 2026 roadmap so you know exactly what to focus on, and what to stop wasting effort on.

Message me “HEALTH AUDIT” to grab one before they’re gone!

First, if that made you laugh, you’re definitely in the right place.

Second, beneath the humor, there’s an important truth I want to make sure you hear.

✅ Yes, you need to strength train
✅ Yes, you need to eat protein
✅ And fiber, steps, hydration are all important too

Those habits, and more, were central to my own midlife transformation.

But the process?

‼️ It wasn’t smooth
‼️ It wasn’t fast
‼️ And it didn’t look like it did twenty years ago

Midlife transformation requires a different approach:

• A longer runway
• Fewer extreme tactics
• A real emphasis on recovery
• Patience paired with self-compassion

And one more thing I included even though it’s not required:

🔑 A knowledgeable, caring, & methodical coach.

Not because I couldn’t do it myself, but because I knew I’d eventually get in my own way.

If you’re serious about making 2026 the year you stop spinning your wheels, this is your invitation to join The Midlife Lean Launch.

Personalized 1:1 coaching inside a supportive group, guided by someone who’s been there and knows what it takes.

I’ve got 3 spots open for January enrollment!

Message me “LEAN” for details.

For most women over 40, fat loss feels harder than it should.

And that’s because they’re still using strategies built for a body — and a life — they no longer have.

Pushing harder when results slow.
Putting it off until things feel calmer.
Explaining weight gain, fatigue, and plateaus as inevitable.

Those aren’t personal failures.
They’re signs the approach no longer fits.

Midlife bodies don’t respond well to force.
They respond to intention — knowing when to push, when to pull back, and how to sequence change so it actually sticks.

The women who get lean in this season aren’t chasing extremes.
They’re operating with intention.

And the payoff isn’t just aesthetic.
It’s sustained energy, mental clarity, confidence, and the ability to stay strong and capable longer.

This phase of life doesn’t require more effort.
It requires a smarter strategy.

If this resonates, just know there’s nothing wrong with you — you’re just in need of a different approach.

Let’s make persistence the standard this year!

Let’s normalize imperfection so we can stop beating ourselves up unnecessarily.

Because all perfection does is keep us on a hamster wheel of failing over and over again.

So, take it off the table and put all that energy into learning to stay the course.

Need some ideas on how to do that?

Comment PERSIST and I’ll send you a list!

Let’s do 2026 different!

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗨𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

1️⃣ 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦
This is where most of your leverage lies. Exercise is a great support to your nutrition, but it’s not where most of your results will come from.

2️⃣ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬, 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Be okay with hitting your plan 80-90% of the time. That’s how you stay the course & get your results.

3️⃣ 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗨𝗥𝗘
The more inflexible your plan is, the more likely you’ll fail at some point. Slow & steady really is the faster route.

4️⃣ 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘
If you could do one thing to skyrocket your results, it would be to learn your calorie needs. Then you’ll be able to ignore most of the nonsense out there.

5️⃣ 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗧
Whatever you do to lose weight, will likely have to stay in place in some form or another. Make changes you can sustain.

If you’ve been doing “all the right things” and still feel stuck, it’s a strategy issue.

If you need help putting it all together, send me a DM. Happy to help!

This isn’t binging or “off the rails” moments.

Just small, reasonable choices that quietly stack up.

And that’s exactly why so many people feel confused and frustrated.

They’re eating pretty well.

They’re consistent most of the time.

And yet… nothing is changing.

This isn’t a call to obsess or micromanage every bite.

That’s not only disordered, but it backfires fast.

If your progress doesn’t match your effort, the issue usually isn’t willpower or discipline, it’s awareness.

You don’t need lower calories.

You need clearer data around what you’re actually eating so adjustments can be intentional, not reactive.

And if you need help figuring this all out, now’s the best time to learn this stuff!
