Rebecca Lanier, the founder and instructor of One Heart, has been in the medical field for more than 20 years. She worked as an emergency technician for 5 of those years and was also on the Code Blue Team. For the last 10 years, Rebecca has been a CPR ins

tructor. She has held classes at businesses and schools, teaching everyone from employees to coaches to high school students. She has also helped certify employees and volunteers at various rehabilitation centers in Contra Costa County.
