Here is a breakdown of what nervous system is at.

I have worked with MANY successful entrepreneurs in every industry. He fits into the archetype of what I call “The Driver”

Remember this, no matter what the internal environment is. How you are raised, what traumas you experience…WE ALWAYS HAVE THE CHOICE TO ACT IN INTEGRITY.

How I healed from social anxiety
Lots of y’all learned to live with social anxiety…

I grew up in Queens being told strangers were dangerous.
My body learned: people = threat.
That belief controlled me until I was an adult.

But here’s the truth nobody talks about:
I LOVE people. I always have.
My nervous system just needed to catch up to that reality.

CBT, exposure therapy, SSRIs > treat symptoms.
None of them address the ROOT: old programming telling your body the world isn’t safe.

I healed completely.
Not by facing fears or taking meds or even doing therapy.
I did it by teaching my body to feel safe around the thing it craves most: connection.

👉🏾 This doesn’t mean you are too sensitive it means your body is working.

✅ When you remove daily chemical exposures, your detox enzymes (especially CYP450 enzymes) slow down because they’re not constantly being triggered.

Less exposure =
Less enzyme activation =

Here is what the research shows:

• F***l bacteria
Studies from the University of Arizona found E coli and C diff on most shoe soles and showed these bacteria readily transfer to indoor floors and carpets.

• Lawn pesticides
Environmental Protection Agency data shows pesticides cling to shoe soles and become a major contributor to indoor dust exposure.

• PFAS from road dust
Soil and street dust studies show that PFAS bind to particles that stick to footwear and become airborne once inside the home.

• Microplastics from tire wear
