Dr. Keith's Last Day
After 9 wonderful years here at Boulevard Pediatrics, Dr. Keith will be moving on to be closer to his family. We are beyond grateful and thankful for the time he has spent with us and wish him and his family all the best moving forward. So please be sure to say goodbye to Dr. Keith soon as his last day is 2/18/22. Thank you for everything Dr. Keith. We are honored to have worked with you this past decade.

To our patients and families, we want to confirm we are doing COVID-19 PCR testing but due to demands placed upon the lab we are working with, turn around times are now up to 2 full days. All testing will require an office visit with one of our physicians. Hang in there everyone. We will get through this.
