Dear Los Angeles, I hold you in so much love. As we move through this incredibly heartbreaking time I recognize that basic needs are being tended to by the many volunteers who have shown up and I love how everyone is showing up for one another.

I want to offer my support to anyone who has lost their home as well as those of you who are safe and have your home, but are still experiencing this collective trauma.

If you have lost your home, contact me via email or DM for a free full length session. This offer does not expire. I recognize that you may not be able or ready to receive a treatment and so when and if you are, I am here for you.

For those of you who live in LA and would like a place to move out some emotions and stress and balance your nervous system, I have reserved Thursdays in January for you. With a pay what feels good pricing on 30 minute sessions so that I can support as many of you as possible. You can schedule these sessions directly through my website.

I believe that everyone has the capability to connect to healing on their own. There are tools to learn, but we all have it within us to do self-healing work. In my own healing journey I have done a lot of it on my own, however I get to places where I am not sure how to navigate deeper, my own subconscious keep me locked in and I find those are the times where I reach out to other healers for support.

These supported sessions have allowed me go to deeper places than I could have traveled on my own. I was able to achieve deeper levels of healing in a shorter time period than if I were to chip away at it on my own.

These deeper spaces of healing get me excited! Transformation and healing is possible on a level where our futures are no longer dictated by the wounds of the past. For me, it has truly been life changing.

My mission is not to be a band-aid to suffering, but instead to help people create long lasting transformation and healing on a soul level.
While this level of healing can happen in an hour long session (time gets wobbly when we are in this work.) When we extend the session time just a little longer, I find that we can reach places we didn't expect. These places hold wisdom and healing.

I am inviting you to go deeper this December by offering an Extended Session at the Regular session price.

An extended session is 90 minutes long. If you are concerned that your nervous system may not be up for 90 minutes I want to assure you that we can spend the extra time grounding and regulating. As always, your inner wisdom is our guide.

To receive this gift of time simply book an "Extended Session" in the month of December and your price will be manually adjusted by me. This offer is good for one discounted extended session per customer.

If you have a monthly membership please text me to schedule your session this month and I will add the extra time in for you.

These extended sessions are available for in-person or virtual.
