Mental health is unique for everyone, so there's no "one size fits all" approach.

We all have different experiences and ways of coping. Let's avoid stereotypes and be kind and understanding.

What works for one might not work for another, and that's okay. Every experience is valid. 💚

Last week, in honour of , we hosted a special session on March 7th at the Anganwadi Centre in Chapad Village as part of Project Aanandi. 🌻

The session, led by Dr. Amreen Kapadia, Amul Joshi, and Hasmukh Makwana, focused on addressing mental and emotional needs.

Using case studies and storytelling, we aimed to make the participants aware of their own mental health needs.

Project Aanandi is designed to support the mental health of women and girls, particularly in rural areas. The sessions, conducted in Anganwadis, provide a safe space for open discussions on mental health, crisis intervention, and connections to further care. 💚
