Eating healthy is always an important part of being healthy. Roasted Brussels sprouts with a garlic/rosemary balsamic glaze, and natural raised pork loin baked with mushrooms and orange bell peppers. Very little prepping and all cooked in the oven. AND an easy cleanup!!

Saturday patients and Hall of Fame vibe! Bought the Dave Parker jersey when visiting friends in Pittsburgh 10 years ago. Wore it today because I’m so happy he FINALLY got chosen to be part of Cooperstown! Part of my health make up is to look for things I appreciate and make me happy. And I try and pass that on to my patients!!
