So I goofed and got 5 bunches of bananas not 5! So I made a cacao banana cake for Super Bowl Sunday. One cup each of gluten free flour, organic white flour and coconut flour. Used avocado oil instead of butter, date syrup instead of sugar, oat milk, baking soda, cacao nibs, organic walnuts and cacao powder mixed with 8 bananas 🍋 (ha!)actually a low may have to make it again
