🌍 Today is World Nutrition Day! 🌱 It’s a great reminder to prioritize our health by fueling our bodies with nutritious foods.

On March 1st, we hosted a fantastic Nutrition for Healthy Aging workshop at Saban Melrose Family Health Center. Participants learned valuable insights from our registered dietitian, who also led an interactive cooking demo on preparing a delicious quinoa salad. 🥗✨

We wrapped up the day with some fun giveaways for attendees—check out the smiles in the photos! 😄
