That’s a wrap on my first month at the new sanctuary. Patients (and plants) had babies, others learned about their cycles and fertile windows for the first time, pregnant bellies (and hope for pregnant bellies) grew, hearts were held, nervous systems unwound, and Spring filled every nook 🌱☯️🌱

Last picture/last day at Riverbank ➡️ First pictures/first days at the new Spirit Gate Sanctuary. What a full, beautiful week it’s been. A reminder that saying ‘No’ to one thing is always saying ‘Yes’ to another, which was coincidentally a theme with patients this week as well 〰️☯️〰️

On this International Women’s Day, I’m sending extra love to the women who continue to transform, evolve, and improve themselves. Not getting what you immediately want feels terrible, whether it’s a pregnancy, a relationship or a job offer. I sit with so many patients that struggle to keep their hopes and spirits high despite the setbacks. I recognize the profound courage it takes each day to harness that hope and I’m here rooting for every single one of you 🤍

Oh what a gift it has been to offer Traditional Chinese Medicine from the inspiring LOOM setting for the past 6 years. Having that sanctuary to practice from and ground during the confusing quarantine has felt safe, healing and intentionally quiet. As the space completes its transition into , I’m again flooded with gratitude for getting to share Spirit Gate with a community of seekers, healers and friends. leads from the heart, takes leaps of faith, and welcomes you to do the same in the most sacred setting.
