I kept waiting for the awful symptoms to come, but they never did - not hot flashes, weight gain, irritability, etc that I saw with all my friends. Many of my clients are on medication for their skin. My belief is that if you heal and cleanse the inside of the body, the skin will be clear with clean blood and lymphatic system that are directly impacting the skin. I used to have terrible and ruddy skin, showing the stagnation in my body. After 3 sessions of Colon cleansing, my skin looked the best it ever had and it has stayed that way for almost 30 years with no fillers, botox or outside interference. I see my clients change in their series of colonics from tired, overworked and irritated skin to radiant, balanced and calm people with beautiful skin.

I use the analogy that eating good nutrition and trying to heal your gut is like using good gasoline trying to fix your car. It’s not going to work. Making food into medicine!

A quick way to create your own probiotics is to take your strong, Probiotic Capsules and open it up over coconut, cashew, almond or goat yogurt. Stir in and let it sit for a couple hours before consuming. You’ll notice how much you’ll feel in your tummy when you ingest probiotics in that way. It tastes great too!
