“San Francisco Quiche” is a savory recipe packed with flavor and made with ingredients that come together into a rich, satisfying dish. Submitted by Shelly Melcer, this quiche includes mushrooms, spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and Monterey Jack for a recipe that feels comforting.

Shelly shared that she first had this quiche at a luncheon in San Francisco about 30 years ago and loved it so much she asked the hostess for the recipe. She has been making it ever since. It is easy to serve warm with a salad and a roll, and it can even be made ahead and baked the next day.
