Integrated Community Collaborative (ICC) Home of the Community Integrators! Parents & Self Advocates helping Address Disparities Within the Regional Center System.
We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. Leading with the spirit and heart of Self-Advocates and Parents, on a quest to help impact our community at the grass roots level. Our plan is designed to promote equity, equality and eradicate purchase of service disparities for Individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
INTEGRATORS, INTEGRADORAS or INTEGRADOR are primarily Parents and Self-Advocates who are trained and empowered in an outreach program that is designed to walk step in step athrough an integrated process of the system. Goal is to eventually implement this outreach model system wide. By meeting people “where they are at”, we will help identify and address multiple disparity barriers and integrate within the Regional Center system for solution. Integradoras will help walk individuals through the process until the cycle is complete.

This is a protocol that picks up where other models of care drop off.
