Meet Erin Enders-Tharp, our featured team member this month!

Erin began her journey with Growing Generations in 2019 as an Insurance Specialist and recently stepped into a new role as Organizational Development Specialist with our Education and Experience Team. In this position, she supports surrogates, donors, intended parents, and our internal team by leading onboarding, training, and ongoing development.

With a Bachelor of Science from CSU Sacramento and a background as a Division I basketball player, Erin brings dedication and drive to everything she does. She’s married to Kelly, a three-time GG surrogate and fellow team member, and is also a proud mom and dog lover who enjoys cooking for loved ones.

Emily joined the Growing Generations family in 2023. She has a bachelors degree in Psychology, a minor in Spanish, and a masters degree in Business Administration. Her passion for loving and helping others is what led her to the GG family. Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Curtis, and their three daughters - Briella, Harlee, and Savannah.
