Meet Kelly Enders-Tharp, one of our Education and Experience Specialists!

Kelly joined our team in 2012 after completing three incredible surrogacy journeys with us. Since then, she’s contributed across Surrogate Services, Marketing, Social Media, and even helped launch our Referral Program. Now, she’s shaping the future of our Education and Experience Department.

Kelly creates safe spaces for surrogates, fostering peer connections through her private Facebook group—running strong for over 14 years! She also speaks with intended parents, sharing insight into the surrogacy experience and building trust as they start their journey. An advocate for both surrogates and intended parents, Kelly has shared her expertise on national and international platforms. She holds a B.S. in Health Science, a minor in Human Sexuality, and an M.A. in Education with a multicultural focus. She is also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional.

Based in Northern California with her wife, adult children, and their beloved Chihuahua, Cricket. Kelly proudly carries her “Surrogates Deliver Dreams” keychain featuring her GG surrogate baby numbers: 679, 680, 903, 904, and 1045.

Her dedication and care make us proud to have her as part of the GG family!

Meet Erin Enders-Tharp, our featured team member this month!

Erin began her journey with Growing Generations in 2019 as an Insurance Specialist and recently stepped into a new role as Organizational Development Specialist with our Education and Experience Team. In this position, she supports surrogates, donors, intended parents, and our internal team by leading onboarding, training, and ongoing development.

With a Bachelor of Science from CSU Sacramento and a background as a Division I basketball player, Erin brings dedication and drive to everything she does. She’s married to Kelly, a three-time GG surrogate and fellow team member, and is also a proud mom and dog lover who enjoys cooking for loved ones.
