ease (MFR). John has been teaching this incredible method for over 50 years. Myofascial release is a gentle, safe, hands-on and whole body complimentary treatment approach. MFR focuses on releasing areas of restriction or adhesion within the fascial system. Fascia is a continuous three dimensional elasto-collagenous matrix which runs through the body, from head to toe and covers, divides and inter penetrates every bone, muscle, nerve vessel, organ and cell. Our highly trained myofasical release therapists help remove the straight jacket of pain and restore strength, flexibility and wellness. Their hands-on techniques include the application of gentle and sustained pressure and elongation of the three dimensional myofascial matrix.
