🌙Half Moon Adjustments 🌙 *** At home or in your studio, try this asana against the wall. Settle in. Enjoy a several slow inhales and exhales.
And then play:

What happens if you allow your shoulders to press against the wall?

What happens if you rotate the top hip so it, too, moves closer to the wall? *** There’s no right or wrong, Yogis. Explore. Play. Repeat. It’s just yoga. Have fun with it.
Wishing you playfulness and peace fullness in all of today’s endeavors! 📷:

Lately, I've been reading and then rereading the headlines of news articles, and it seems there is a trend of spreading the negative stories - the ones that stir fear and anger and _____. I'll let you fill that one in. So as I was driving to work, I thought, "What's your yoga challenge today, Whit?"

My yoga challenges are both on and off the mat. And today, my challenege is off the mat: Spreading at least 3 stories that embody peace, love, kindness, and compassion.

You in? Share the good. Spread love. Happy Friday!

Relax. Restore. Renew.

We are busy. Our to-do lists are ever growing, and our minds stay in a constant state of thinking and overthinking. Perhaps it is the stressors of the every day or the physical and mental ailments that plague our lives. We wonder how to stay calm and accomplish it all. Or if there is a remedy for the chronic pain and illness.

Sometimes, the best solution to it all is to do nothing. To learn to be still and accept. This is where restorative yoga comes into play. Through the practice, you learn the art of doing nothing. This healing and calming practice might be exactly what you are seeking. Through restorative yoga, you'll discover a practice that can transform your life.

You'll discover true relaxation: the key to restoring your body and renewing your health.
