Took a tour of Moraine Lake (aqua water) & Lake Louise (green water) this morning 💦

What a magical place Banff is!

Recommendations for those planning to go: since the parking is limited, take a tour long enough to hike to the Swiss tea house at Lake Louise (2.5 hrs hiking round trip), and at Moraine lake rent a canoe or a paddleboard to go the waterfall in the distance.😻

There has been so much wildlife & pristine water to see here in Banff it’s been an incredible experience!

Back to the US tomorrow for a weekend of learning Leon Hammer Pulses in Seattle ✈️ I’ll be back in LA Monday for regularly scheduled treatments.🤗
