Here's a simple and healthy meal idea:

**Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad**

**Ingredients:**

For the Grilled Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula, etc.)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
