U = U is one of the most important facts in HIV medicine.
It means that when a person living with HIV takes their medication consistently and reaches an undetectable viral load, they cannot transmit HIV through s*x.

This is backed by strong scientific evidence from large clinical studies.
Staying undetectable also protects long-term health, strengthens the immune system, and prevents HIV-related complications.

At W King Healthcare, we help patients reach undetectable through:
• Modern, highly effective medications
• Regular viral load and CD4 monitoring
• Support with adherence and side effects
• A safe, respectful, and confidential environment

U = U saves lives, reduces stigma, and empowers people to take control of their health.

If you want to learn more or start care, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

World AIDS Day is a day of remembrance and responsibility.
More than 40 million people have died from AIDS-related illnesses since the start of the epidemic. Each life lost reminds us why access to care, early testing, and education matter.

At W King Health Care we honor their memory by caring for our community with compassion and by fighting stigma with facts.
HIV treatment works. Prevention works. Lives can be saved.

Great conversation with the SouthBay HIV provider consortium tonight . I lead a clinical data and patient centric data discussion on Cabenueva . Cabenueva is the only complete injectable treatment for HIV given in office every 2 months. Fantastic game changer for persons living with HIV who have problems taking oral medications ; concerned about stigma, or life gets in the way to keep track of their medications .

Promoting Provider and Community Conversations on HIV Care and Prevention 2025

Thank you to everyone who joined us last weekend for our conference, Promoting Provider and Community Conversations on HIV Care and Prevention 2025. It was a powerful day of learning and community, focused on strengthening HIV care, expanding access to PrEP, and supporting truly inclusive healthcare for every patient we serve.

Throughout the day, providers, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, students, and community members came together to talk about the realities of HIV care in our communities. Our speakers walked us through practical steps to improve prevention, including how to discuss PrEP in a supportive and nonjudgmental way and how to help patients choose between options like Apretude and the new six-month injectable PrEP.

A central theme was the importance of inclusive care. We discussed how to create safer, more welcoming spaces for patients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, youth, older adults, people experiencing homelessness, and communities that continue to face long-standing health inequities. Every session reminded us that compassionate communication and culturally aware care are essential parts of prevention and treatment.

The energy in the room showed the commitment of our healthcare community. This event reflects the mission of W King Health Care Group and W King Cares Corp: improving health through education, expanding access to HIV prevention, and ensuring every patient feels seen, respected, and supported.

We are grateful to our speakers, volunteers, and attendees for making this event meaningful. Your presence helps us continue building a healthier and more inclusive Los Angeles.
