Would you say you are able to listen to the true voice of your heart?

💛One way to practice getting better and better at hearing your heart/soul truth is to practice PRESENCE.

💛We can practice presence by redirecting our ATTENTION WITHIN, and thus by pausing our focus to the external world which japonés anything time we distract ourselves, or sooth our discomforts by coping.

💛We can start by positioning a hand to our heart, and communicating to it that we will be there for (insert time) 5 minutes. We would ask specific questions to get to KNOW about your soul desires, intentions, states.. and so on and how best we can serve it.

💛The more we practice, the better we get at it;

The world is better with you in it for a reason.. and more! So why not taking the chance to make your presence the reason why someone else’s day can turn even better today? Your will also expand in return. That’s because we are all connected: your good because my good, in the same way that when we hurt someone, we can’t fully feel good either (when you do, it’s because you’re using a coping mechanism.. but that’s another story!).
⚜️Simple things you can do:
- smile to a stranger as you walk;
- text or call an old friend you don’t hear from in a long time;
- ask a family member if they need help with anything and just proceed to genuinely help;
- share a good word of encouragement or compliment to a coworker;
- clean up your room (things also deserve love and attantion 😉);

Did you know about the “Law of mirroring”?
⚜️ The Law of the Mirror proposes that the origin of our negative feelings towards another person is within our “heart” (or better traumas memory), and not in the other person. That is to say, what this law teaches us is that feelings are born from within ourselves. We are the ones responsible for managing our beliefs, ideas and bad thoughts about others. Most of the times we are not aware of this, because we aren’t aware of the parts of ourselves that are calling our attention in order to be seen and integrated (loved and accepted). When we don’t SEE those parts ourselves, our parts subconsciously attract those people in our lives that can “best reflect” those unhealed parts. When we see what we don’t like in them or what makes us feel highly uncomfortable, we are called to LOOK WITHIN! No matter how much we want to point the fingers at them... ultimately the healing, freedom and expansion will happen when we will point that finger gently toward our own unhealed parts, and decide to finally show up for them!

⚜️The KEY is KNOWING WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL RESTED: is it sleeping in a bit more? Reading a book? Going for a walk? Prayer? Spending time with friends? Exercising?
⚜️What makes you feel rested is unique to you, so take time to know yourself and give this gift of self love and reset to yourself, and others may also adapt.

⚜️Did you know our brain emanates different electrical impulses depending on which state we are in?
⚜️ At the root of all our thoughts, emotions and behaviors, is the communication between neurons within our brains. Brainwaves are produced by synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other.
⚜️ Our brainwaves change according to what we’re doing and feeling. When slower brainwaves are dominant we can feel tired, slow, sluggish, or dreamy. The higher frequencies are dominant when we feel wired, or hyper-alert.
⚜️ Brainwave speed is measured in Hertz (cycles per second) and they are divided into bands delineating slow, moderate, and fast waves. .
⚜️So, can you guess in which state does hypnosis happens?
Ps. Remember, even is the word “hypnosis means “to put to sleep, you’re NOT sleeping while in hypnosis. Both your subconscious and conscious mind are present and you’re still aware.

⚜️I invite you to do this today: AFFIRM OUT LOUD an intention for the day, and do your best to both stick to it and let your self be guided. BACK UP your affirmation/intention by:
- PROMISING to yourself you’ll honor and keep the word with yourself about what you choose (if you tend to break your own promises, make a very small affirmation: “I’ll smile to one random person.”, “I’ll eat home instead of standing money to eat outside.”, “When a negative thought comes, I’ll say: STOP!” and so on.. start with little, but really keep your word.
This will allow you to stay in alignment with your intention and will open you to receive even “higher frequency guidance and pleasent surprises” throughout the day!
Do it to see it, promise? 😉

⚜️Truth is 2020 will be pretty much the same as 2019, if we don’t make real changes!
It is really the tiniest change that will get the ball rolling.
It could be waking up a bit earlier or later, going to sleep a bit earlier or later; becoming aware of your thoughts.. starting to observe them and see you don’t need to engage with them all; getting support from others as concern your business; make a call; care about your health; simply breathing consciously; and so on.
What is something that would be a small change, that day by day could shift your life into a more pleasent state?
Everyday is an opportunity to make that move: usually it is NOT about ADDING something, but about LETTING GO of it.. it can be a habit, a thought pattern, etc.
You deserve to feel good and grow, so it for yourself!
