1 teaspoon baking powder

ยฝ teaspoon ground nutmeg
ยฝ teaspoon Himalayan salt

fresh berries
fresh edible flowers
sprinkles

๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. Prep sweet potato: peel, dice โ†’ boil with just enough water to cover until soft โ†’ mash
2. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐ F. Lightly oil donut molds.
3. In a blender, mix the Wet Ingredients until smooth โ†’ set it aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, sift in the Dry Ingredients through a fine grid strainer โ†’ then whisk together.ย 
5. Make a well in the middle of the flour to pour in wet mix โ†’ gently, fold together with a silicone spatula until thereโ€™s no loose flour (be careful not to over mix)
6. Transfer batter into a piping bag and pipe batter into the donut molds.
7. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make frosting.
8. Let them rest out of the oven for 5 minutes
9. Carefully transfer to a wire rack and allow them to cool for 15 minutes
10. Frost donuts and top them with fresh fruit, flowers, sprinkles or other toppings of your choice.

1 cup onion, choppedย 
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or peeled and minced
2 cups beets, peeled and chopped
ยฝ cup carrots, choppedย 
ยฝ cup celery, choppedย 
ยพ teaspoon Himalayan salt
ยผ teaspoon ground fennel
โ…› teaspoon black pepper
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon tamari
1 cup coconut milk
ยผ cup chopped parsley (plus extra for garnish)
ยพ tsp dry dillย 
for garnish: cashew yogurt

๐——๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:
1. In a medium pot, heat the avocado oil over medium heat. Once melted, add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the ginger, chopped veggies, salt, ground fennel and black pepper, and saute until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
3. Then, add the broth and tamari and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until the carrots/beets are tender)
4. Transfer to the blender, start on low speed then slowly increase and blend 1 minute.
5. Return the pot and whisk in the coconut milk, dill and parsley
6. Ladle the Bisque into bowls and garnish with cashew yogurt and chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
