Not sure if this is really working for me.

I know part of it is that I sometimes eat too much at night, especially on the weekends. I have stepped up my walking, though.

Two weeks in and I'm just fluctuating between 204-206.

Health weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. I've been trying to eat less at dinner and walk more. I think it's time to push myself even harder.
