I have been coming back to this poem that I first shared with you all a few months ago, it’s unreleased but it just perfectly sums up how i’ve been feeling.

I cannot stop this storm but I can lean into the ones I love, build something worth living for with the ones I hold most dear.

I realized recently it’s kind of hard to find a guide for how to heal lungs after smoke exposure and I think folks, especially here in LA, could really use that info rn so I made this!

Share with anyone it could help and go slow when trying herbed that are new to you & check with your doctor if you have serious health conditions or are on medications.

I’ve been detoxing from smoke exposure and compiled all the best ways I have been able to for y’all.

This is focused on LA but this guide can really work for anyone dealing with smoke exposure.

I lovingly encourage you to take time out of your day, especially my friends here in LA, to think about small ways we can care for our body even when it feels like there’s just too much going on.

My heart breaks 💔 with all the loss and destruction and the grief and fear of my friends and family. We are ok here right now- we have no electricity and several evacuees are staying with us. Including a doggie 🐶 Keeping our ears out for any further evacuation notices. I respect you and your power FIRE 🔥. We are humbled. We are listening!
