I’m Natalie Zeri, founder of Zeri Health, and I’d love to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about how I support this wonderful community.

Zeri Health is my small but mighty practice based in Mar Vista, CA, where I have the joy of working with growing families through every stage of their journey—before, during, and after birth. My mission in life is to make a meaningful impact in this world. I serve as a massage therapist, doula, and lactation counselor, offering compassionate, hands-on care tailored to each family’s needs.

What many don’t realize is that I also specialize in therapeutic deep tissue and sports massage—perfect for those looking to address soft tissue adhesions or recover from physical strain.
