Fam, it's almost December, so I decided to resurrect something I did years ago called the Give A Squat challenge.
I'm gonna do a minimum of 50 squats per day, shooting for a 100, and see how many I do by the end of the year.
If anybody wants to join me for a great way to close out 2025 drop a comment
I can put together a tracker again if people want.
I'll donate a dollar for every squat to charity. And we can take before and after b***y pics

Three 5ks last weekend and pretty sure I PRd.

I'm so excited for the 50K in March.

In the meantime, doing daily fullbody circuit and tracking my macros to make sure I get enough protein etc.
