With over a decade of experience, Adam has been a driving force in the mental health and addiction treatment industry. Starting as a sober living house technician in 2010, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a program director and later a partner. As CFO and COO, Adam led the company's national expansion.

Adam's expertise extends beyond operational roles. He has consulted on tech innovations and helped launch treatment facilities nationwide. Notably, he established two outpatient centers and a high-end detox facility, supporting thousands of clients through his own recovery journey.

In April 2023, Adam founded Numa Behavioral Health, aiming to increase accessibility to quality addiction treatment. His work remains focused on enhancing care and dismantling barriers in behavioral health.

Recovery is a personal journey, and we can’t take credit for how it unfolds. What we do know is that our program offers healing, and for those ready to get better, we’re confident in the care we provide. We’ve built a supportive space staffed with people we’re proud to work alongside, all dedicated to delivering the clinical care for those struggling with substance abuse and mental health.
