Some of you have taken classes with me already - THANK YOU!💕 I would love to meet more of our community. What I’ve created is also ideal for someone who is interested in private sessions.

It’s been a lot of work to pull this together and truly it’s something I’ve wanted to offer for years. My intention is that my studio feels like a sanctuary. A safe place to come and reconnect with yourself, to get clarity, and to just feel good. I feel like what I’ve created here is just the beginning of something bigger. Eventually, I will finish my salt cave and be able to offer other services such as infrared heat therapy, light therapy, aromatherapy, but for now that will wait as the salt cave is not quite ready. I see that being finished by the end of the year.

I am so happy that I can share with you that I have created something that has been a long time dream of mine. I call it our Healing Foods for New Mama Cottage Box!

When a woman is pregnant there is so much celebration focused on the baby and I am in agreement with this intention it’s just that sometimes I feel like it’s an incomplete approach. The thing is, I believe that mama also deserves to have some acknowledgment and some nourishment. All the energy that goes into growing, carrying, birthing a healthy baby, and then depending on how the birth went, the mama could be completely depleted of energy yet she is expected to rise to the endless nights of no sleep, nurse 24/7, and let’s not forget that she is still healing from the birth herself.

It is my hope that new mamas will feel loved and nourished when they receive their box. I hope the food will help them to feel honored and in some small way, help them to heal as they enjoy this yummy and nutritious food.😊

Hello friends,

In case you havent heard, our Morning Bliss Cottage Box is available as a one time purchase or through a subscription. Our food has minimal ingredients, organic, and super yummy! We are located in Tujunga so you can choose pick up or delivery.

I’m a mother of four and when I can put out wholesome food that my children can also serve themselves and be excited to eat, that is bliss for me! When I come to sit down at the table, they’ve even put out a bowl for me and we enjoy our mornings together! That’s the dream right? 😊

For so many years when my children were really small I was always seeking out the best possible food for them - reading labels, spending far too much money at expensive grocery stores. My heart was in the right place, but it was exhausting and it was not sustainable.

Our box is a labor of love. We are most proud of our eggs. I’ll share a little about that….

All of our chickens are named - they are like family to us! We raise them up as chicks in our home. Once they are old enough they roam freely on the farm - excited to explore and nibble on fresh herbs, veggies, fruits, whole grains, seeds, enjoy essential oils in their water, in and around their coops and runs. Our students that come to our educational hub love and care for them too. They snuggle them and the chickens even come when we call them to be hand fed. What is really moving to me is when I get to observe the healing aspect of our chickens when it comes to how they help both my children and our students. My eldest son will just sit on the swing and contemplate whatever is on his mind for the day while holding his favorite chicken. It’s sweet. It’s truly profound to observe the gift that our chickens have given both my children and our students.

Calling all pregnant mommies in LA and surrounding areas! Join us tonight at 8 PM for pregnancy yoga from my peaceful sanctuary in Tujunga.

Our session together will help you develop strength and stamina in preparation for labor. You will discover how yoga expands breathing capacity and oxygen flow to your baby, as well as create more space in your body for your baby to grow. The postures will provide relief from physical discomforts, quiet the mind, and improve your sleep.

We use essential oils throughout class and at the end, you can give yourself a belly massage. THIS is the best part if you ask me!

Our small children need nurturing care days just like we do. 😊

As a mother of four, an early childhood teacher, and the yoga teacher I know this is true. I see the need express itself on my own children’s faces and in their interactions with each other, and I am mindful to get ahead of this with my small young students.

At the Cottage School, we actually have nurturing care days on Monday’s. After a busy weekend away from the Cottage I have found that my students need this reset. Mondays have become a bit of a welcoming back day and we transition throughout our day with slower steps, linger a little longer in the shade watching the birds and squirrels play while we eat our snack and lunch. I offer the children hair brushing outside and lavender baths before we head inside the Cottage for an extra long restorative yoga session before nap time.

Lately I have been trying this out with my own children and it’s been working really well. One of my sons actually asked me this evening if tomorrow was nurturing care day. He remembered Mondays are the days that he gets extra love from Mama and he gets to slow down and practice mindfulness! I think he really needs it and it feeds his soul. I know it makes me smile and helps me to breathe deeper.

When you’re looking for something to do with your toddler, I hope you will consider Restorative Yoga. I don’t think it’s a popular offering when it’s compared to dance classes, gymnastics, etc., but in the end it’s what will bring our littles ones life into joyful balance.

I’d love to invite you to our farm. Bring your sweetheart over to hug a chicken and maybe take a restorative yoga class. It’ll do you and your little one so much good. ✨

Opening weekend at the Soul Sanctuary was so beautiful! Thank you for those who came out and supported us!

I have implemented some changes to the schedule. I really hope the new lineup of Infused Yoga Classes will serve you!

We are offering Infused Gentle, Baby & Me, Toddler & Me, Restoratives, Pregnancy, Family, and Fertility Yoga. We are also doing holistic wellness treatments, such as infrared heat, therapy, light therapy, aromatherapy, and will be soon offering salt therapy in our Cave from our beautiful farm in Tujunga.
