I also have experience working with adults around challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, life transitions including marriage and parenting. I have a passion for helping strong women with their concerns around personal & professional developement. My work is not limited to providing psychotherapy; I also provide concierge care to individuals who need assistance with career and academic coaching, personal empowerment and identity development.
