Be careful how you assign meaning to the circumstances of your life. Not having something or struggling doesn't make you less than.

Be careful not to give power to and empower circumstances over your ability to solve them.

It's all too easy to feel something is wrong with us if something is not working out the way we want it to.

Narratives we tell, create our entire reality.

Stories, feelings and perceptions are us deciding how and who we show up as.
