📱 AI-generated tools or apps used to identify mushrooms can be wrong. Don’t risk it!
✅ Only eat mushrooms purchased from reputable sources like grocery stores or retailers.
👀 Watch children and pets closely when outside where mushrooms grow.

Here we practice using the 5 shu points, points primarily bellow the elbows and knees. These points are safe and effective, while still using acupuncture principles and providing the best in patient care. This is not the first time we have heard of "dry needling" leading to a pneumothorax. Patient safety starts with training. Acupuncturists receive thousands (Over 3000 here in California) of hours training as opposed to just 50 hours required for others dry needle providers. To prevent incidence such as below.
