Here’s a powerful breathing exercise to help.
It’s just 3 simple steps.
1. Connect to your heart
2. Take slow, regulated breaths. Ensure your exhale is longer than your inhale.
3. Focus and feel an elevated emotion like gratitude or love
And that’s it.
Five minutes of this breathing technique is suggested to receive optimal results, but if all you have is 60 seconds to find your center - use them wisely.
With practice, you can literally reset your nervous system (Body, mind, heart and energy) with a few breaths.
This breathing method is considered ancient wisdom/tech and has always been part of our collective consciousness.
