Preparation and planning are a skill + habit I’m working on. They are so not my default mode. I am much more of a fly by the seat of my pants woman most of the time. And that works well, until it doesn’t. Until it collides with my Enneagram type 9 and I lose focus and direction and things don’t move forward in the way that I want them to. 🧚🏻‍♀️

So, I’m working on it. Developing this muscle of planning and preparation. This is a quote from my this week. Where I actually took time to write things down on Sunday evening for my week. And guess what?! One of the things I put on my plan ... a teacher I wanted to seek out for some of my licensing continuing education ... emailed ME Monday morning. Not directly of course, however, I got an email offering me, you guessed it, her continuing education course. What?!! I didn’t even know I was on her list. I wasn’t actually, sometimes it is magic ... or some other list of a list or who knows, I prefer magic 🔮 ... AND a clear vision I wanted to take for my clinical licensing requirements. And bam one less thing on my to do list. Yesssss! ✨

I am so grateful to bring this essential oil collaboration to Santa Cruz. My wise beautiful business partners and from Bend, Oregon are joining me in my home to dive into essential oil education specifically for Spring time. 🌷

Post movement ritual. And honestly pre-movement ritual. I have been using these two essential oils daily the past couple weeks to support healing in the tissues around my surgical incisions (never on or right next to incisions!!!). 💙
Layering AromaTouch and Deep Blue Essential Oils around my shoulders and neck support deeper tissue healing and bring blood flow back into these areas. They reduce pain and tightness. I started about a week or so after surgery to gently massage these areas. And today I am celebrating moving through some gentle yoga holds and poses without pain and with good range of motion in my upper arms and shoulders. Now these two go back on after my shower. 💙
Emotionally, these oils have been supporting another layer so important in all of this healing journey. 💙
Deep Blue is the “Oil of Surrendering Pain”. It offers strength to support being with emotions that may be resisted and strength to face emotional wounds. It helps individuals to become observers of pain without overidentifying with it. It is the soothing blend, so nourishing and deeply healing. 💙

Seriously in love with this new oil Copaiba. I have used 1/3 of my bottle already, in just a few weeks. So commonly known to support calming of emotions (magic elixir for tech challenges last week!) and for pain. 🌿
This morning I woke up with some respiratory symptoms and I was reminded to try Copaiba for support here too. So I did. 🌿
I am feeling so much more spacious now, it impacted me almost immediately. I've been rubbing it on front and back of my chest about 3 times this morning. Combined initially with Siberian Fir, then with Rose Touch, and on its own. 🌿
