Self-Care Tips for Caregivers
Caregivers should keep up with their own medical and preventive care appointments, following the analogy to put on your own oxygen mask before assisting others. Joining a support group, either in-person or virtual, is highly recommended to connect with others, share coping strategies, and combat feelings of isolation.
