On Thursday morning, 5/16/24, I had a slip/fall (with an unseen puddle), poolside during my 💦 Aerobics class.
I broke my left wrist ~
Grateful it’s not my dominant hand🌟

Tomorrow marks 1 week since the fall and my Wrist Surgery ( bone near the thumb) is scheduled in the morning… metal + screws…yikes…and so it is~
