Throughout her training at the California School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Barillas completed impactful practicum work at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Family Service of Long Beach—experiences that helped shape her creative, empathetic, and relational approach to care. Whether co-facilitating her first group in a dual diagnosis program or using Uno to build connection with a disengaged child, she embodies the philosophy: meet clients where they are.

We are incredibly excited to announce that Nichole (Niki) Sims, PsyD has been named as the Director of Clinical and Sport Psychology Services within USC Athletics and Student Health.
