UCLA's Student-Run Homeless Clinic provides free healthcare to the growing, underserved homeless population throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The clinics are led by UCLA medical students who work under the supervision of UCLA Family Medicine faculty and volunteer physicians to provide primary care and related services at several local shelters. The students also work collaboratively with community-based organizations to initiate comprehensive social services vital to helping homeless people get their lives back on track.
